Working principle：

The screw extruder is divided into single screw type and twin screw type, and the extrusion form has two kinds of front discharge and side discharge. After mixing, kneading and wet materials or low softening point (generally refers to less than 50 degrees) materials under the action of screw transport and extrusion. Extrusion from the opening template of the machine head, thus achieving the purpose of changing the powder product into a uniform particle product. The particle shape is cylindrical, the particle diameter of the finished product is adjusted and controlled by the open hole aperture, the side discharge is 0.7~2.0mm, and the front discharge is 1.5~12mm.
